I think you're right that TMO would still be trying to bag every mob, or at least the vast majority of mobs. Any top guild would. If TMO and IB were raid banned permanently. Taken and BDA would do their best to monopolize everything. Not necessarily because they're loot thirsty to that extent, but because they need to keep their competition down, and the best way to do that is to take targets from them, and be the guild that's getting recruits.

To be fair though, I know for a fact that TMO is laying off some mobs, to an extent. Agreeing to the noble agreement. Not sniping nobles on other guilds days even though the agreement allows it until 3 overseers are up. The fact that out of respect of the agreement, we didn't touch the 3 oversees that were up in sky (despawned yesterday by server maintenance), even though they were all holding brass knuckles. We don't officially pursue maestro or draco anymore. Not to say that we will never kill them again, but I think it's optional whether someone wants to take it upon themselves to track and kill them. Similar ragefire.

Incorrect. When TMO and FE were discussing the 'new' raid scene, both guilds agreed that we would no longer track Inny, Draco, Maestro, Fay, Talendor or Gore.

Currently, we do not track Gore, Maestro or Draco and we do not consider Trak or Sev a priority as on repop days we do not rush to these targets even after PD/Hosh die.
