I know it's off-topic, but is that a deleveled cleric or did someone actually buy/MQ a cleric epic to a level 13?

like rogue epics, many people are starting to twink their clerics with epics, since the whole thing can be MQed at lvl 1 pretty much

The clickie rez doesn't work at lvl 1 though.

Could you do or even start your epic at level 1 on live? Seems wrong.
