Focusing on risk groups created stigma, which deterred many from seeking vaccination. By recommending the vaccine for everyone, health officials removed the need for people to identify with a specific risk group, thereby normalizing the vaccine and increasing access.
OK but I return to my original question - why does it make you test positive?

My doctor doesn't want to give me hepatitis, but he does want me to appear to have been previously infected?

Great now we're helping people that get stigmas to reproduce. Who thought this stuff through!

So any future bloodtest I might have would say I tested positive for hepatitis.

Your driving record may show it's safer if you're at the wheel than if AI was driving your car, but overall it's safer for everyone if we mandate the use of AI driving because there are more people that are worse drivers than you, and we wouldn't want any stigmas you know.
