I don't know which president you would expect to have a higher drone kill count... Bush, whose reign came before drones' heyday, or Trump, who was swimming in Obama's bloody wake? I'm as much a fan of drone assassinations as anyone, but you have to look at the context-- Bush clearly would have had the higher kill count if he had access to Obama's tools.
