If you can afford a high-end weapon, Ghoulbane isn't much better against undead. With nerfed proc rates, you'll get maybe one proc per mob and you'll be using a 15/34 weapon when you could be using a 16/27 or 25/40. I'm not even completely sure it would be a DPS increase except maybe in the early 20s when the proc's DD is still big compared to mob HP.

Treeweave has the same AC as the black enameled and +10 str. Only reason not to get it is if you go dwarven paladin (cause they can't wear it). They're also <1k.
