On live I had a Halfling warrior named Morter Phorker, got him to 57 before a GM made me change it.

I had 3 dwarves on live. Huik, Duik and Luik. Clr, War and Rog. Gnome Pal called Gnowm. Iksar Bst called Iksah. Stupid sexy female gnomes with glasses.

Gnowms surname was DePlume (not her real name).

I suppose those are better than the super-lazy person adding an additional letter to the name that was taken. Gandalff, etc... but we are talking about dirt farmers here for the most part.
