I tried to find him to do the werewolf cloak quest once too, shouted to the zone i wanted to do a turn-in before someone killed him.

I got a tip that somebody saw him but then I never could find him. Spent 20min more looking after this sighting then figured he either was murdered by some jerk who ignored my shouts or got himself killed by a roaming mob.

I did the werewolf cloak quest twice and both times he was just up pathing around everfrost. /shrug

I've seen Martar spawn twice within 20minutes before. Not too sure if he really is on an exact spawn timer. Buuuut you guys are most likely right.

Hello young werewolf hunter!

OK my experience with Karg...

New to the zone didnt knwo alot. headed near the river xroads.. waited... and waited .. and waited... rangers and druids on track.. waiting... 5 hours later, his brother spawned. Marvin? or whatever his name is.. killed him. got the white cloak drop.... Since i read he's on like a 7-8 hour real time spawn cycle.. camped.. came back on at the next cycle... asked again in /ooc if anyone had seen... and YES he Karg was up and roaming.. apprently had been up for 30 mins (roughly) given him a rough spawn time of 7.5 hour ish., spammed hail, handed werewolf pelt + 100pp.. did this 3x , one at a time and he gave me 3 cloaks no worries. After checking no one else wanted him, I killed him for his kindness and his shiney white cloak.

He was pathing near the permafrost entrance, (just south a tad up n down the hill, ya can still see the flaming torches at the ent on his path) and this was slightly different to where i had seen his brother earlier. which was by the ice xroad towers.

PS take fishing rods or go when ya can solo for xp otherwise the cold white of the winter will get ya

i used to hunt him on red. he's on 8 hours timer. if you sit at the river, he usually paths over there. i don't think many people on blue hunt him as much as red. he was up for maybe 5 min max on red.

Last week I bumped into him and killed him on the river. Unless the recent patch broke him, he still works.
