The more of these accusations that are made, baseless or not, the easier it becomes to argue that racing ought to be done away with entirely. That can't be the goal of these threads, but it would be amusing if they contributed to it.

Confidentiality only exists where it is enforced. For a doctor, counselor, or lawyer to break it would mean that the state’s medical board or the state bar in the case of lawyers which could pull the person’s license to practice AND fine them

Other than that, confidentiality doesn’t really legally exist. It’s all a matter of how much do you trust the person
