I believe it has to be a real patch, where we download new files and I stall them. A live patch or 'hotfix' isn't enough.

In the druid guild in Kelethin, the NPC "Srendon Gladetender" has now been added.

He sells the level 24 druid spell "Ring of the Combines".

He does not (yet?) sell the Ring spells for Velious destinations.

Just incase anyone was wondering, ornate velium pendant and holgresh elder beads are not nerfed or removed from the game. They're still good to get!

I tried to make Wu's bracer last night and it gave you the you cannot combine these items in this type container so it's not in yet. :(
