In full resist gear, do lures land pretty reliably in pvp?

Wizards weren't allowed to melee each other really? rip Rod of Annihilation owners...

with all those rules it really is just a gear check. BoTB is about skill, which would include things like movement or melee hits between casts. You know, playing the class in ways the opponent doesn't think to do.

Removal of intended class abilities? Just two wizards facing each other and casting spells?

This particular BoTB is an RNG math game, someone could just make an equation to determine the winner.

Elijaman is bringing Ragnarok tomorrow! Can't wait to go head to head with the best geared Shaman's on Green and show them what the only un-guilded Torpor Shaman can do! He might die quick and horribly. But he may not...... Excited!!!! ;)

How is the check in process? Just be in place at the time?
