Speaking of this quest, my warrior is level 22 and is currently at Amiable with Halas. I've got the sweaty shirt ready to hand in to Frostbite... I just need a good soul or two to help me out in case Paglan spawns, haha. He's level 24 and is by no means a pushover.

Craft a half decent bow and 1280 arrows. That'll learn him!
