The only question that matters is who was better Zeelot's TMO, or IB/TR/Rampage?

TMO locking down Kunark content so much that the GM's had to create a class system so that other guilds could even see content doesn't make the list?

The real winners was Omni who cucked AG and Europa for a ton of loot with 8 people, grats Omni

Zeelot/Zagums TMO imo. Oppression from staff killed us, and what was left after bans / suspensions wasn't TMO.

IB rebirth was some cutthroat competition. They pushed us into instant Trak engages. Rampage only had Detox to deal and had A-team with epics, so that a guaranteed win.

These are rankings for the velious era, so no. Its bolded in the OP. I was not on p99 prior to 2015 so I limited my rankings to velious era only.
