I am also experiencing this issue. I can log into red but not blue. I'm on the west coast as well. 1/20/19

Same here. But if you keep trying you can eventually get in. Last night it took me seven tries to get to the character screen but I did get there.

Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

And if you do get it I suggest not swapping to an alt or buffing character. I won't be swapping to my 60 druid to buff my clerics groups anymore till this gets fixed.

I'm not getting in now though. 30 tries and to no avail. Damn, I should have left my character on and sitting in a safe place like freeport.
