Make it every evening, he randomly shows up around 7 pm.

Add a game wide announcement, "The Sleeper has been spotted in %zone."

Make him run at bard speed, and aggro on everyone in zone. At range 200, he DTs. And then he runs for the next closest PC, until they also are dead. Repeating until the zone is empty. Then he kills all NPCs (like merchants) in zone, who stay dead for 3 days.

Now that is my kind of fun.

Remove global /ooc.
Force players to relinquish camps to random people who sit near you.
Ban the spammer.
Don't ban the spammer.
Ban Modus.
Don't ban modus.
Retain global /ooc.
Ban real-money transfers for in-game gear or PL.
Allow real-money transfers for in-game gear or PL.
Allow real-money transfers for in-game gear or PL if I donate $2.
Restrict global /ooc to level 5+.
Ban talking about marijuana in /ooc.
Disallow GM's from having play-characters.
Let GM's play.
Restrict /ooc to 1 message per minute.
Remove the ability to /anon.
Remove the ability to /role.
Post a list of the server demographics so I can play the least played class.
Allow new graphics.
Disallow new graphics.
Rez me because I lagged.
Rez me because DDOS ate me.
Make "female" members post tits and vent 2 prove or GTFO.
Make Abacab post more pics of his girlfriend.
Extend manastone/rubi/guise timeline.
Remove manastone/rubi/guise now.
Implement / all zone.
Spawn CT for every guild who wants to attempt it 1x per week.
Don't implement / all zone.
The playerbase demands it!! Fix these issues or we will QQ!!

This server entered the failsafe but brought a second box back with it and set it up in the place of the old fail safe half an hour later. So when you used the fail safe it still had a half hour advantage on you because it moved the original fail safe to an undisclosed location.
