Is slightly out of era, but first hand account, mentions race and level, buffs and then items. It doesn't exactly add up, but could have listed his sitting regen on accident:

+10 chloro
+15 fungi
+2 AoB
+1 standing

Should be +28/tick, but sitting would be +29 as stated. Either way, if AoB didn't stack would be a ceiling of +27/tick while sitting.

Not perfect, but keeps the dream alive.
