Project 1999 - Regen Cap?

There is no Regen cap (at least it's not 35). An iksar with fungi and regrowth will indeed Regen 420 hp in a minute at 60, and that's while fighting (standing).

Regen breakdown:
Fungi bp: 15 (worn)

So bear stacks with regrowth, the total regen cap is'nt 35 per tick.

I have also heard that worn regen is capped at 15, but I cant test that.

Curious point...troll regen in your illusion bear form? I know I lose bash while in bear form. Are racial abilities supposed to stay or go while in an illusion form? Or do some go or some stay?

I believe I keep frontal stun immunity in bear form and lose bash (I am ogre before going bear).

Theres a worn regen cap, but no spell cap afaik as long as spells stack. Druid or shammy regen + bard makes hp shoot up like crazy.

Wizards should get a spell cap, a big pointy one.

Regen cap ought to fit on melee/priests only imo.
