So level 1 can not zone into Velks - message says "You are not yet experienced enough to pass through an inter-planar portal"

EDIT: Can confirm level 5 as the min to zone in

Weird that on p99, Velk's has a level minimum, even if it is only apparently level 5.

I have my level 2 parked in there on live to get the No Drop chest piece off Doljon, and already have his boots and head piece.

I suppose it is a CSR vs classic issue.

Perhaps either live didn't/doesn't have these problems or their CSR didn't care?

So wait, if I'm interested in that sword is it possible to just get out there and camp in the area.. then log on and wait until it drops since it's no drop and people can't sell it?
