If there's no hard data either way (which I think is the current situation), the Live values should take precedence, since I can't see why they would have changed.

bump now that witness healing is fixed we need faction fixed to be in line with the right amounts from Live

Bump. This is more relevant now that guilds may find themselves clearing a few trash more trash mobs and Flurry Drakes than they were previously.

Should fix the Wakening Lands Giants faction hits to go along with this fix. For WAY too long have P99ers easymode CoV factioned in WL getting non-classic hits. The frost Giants should all be 1 faction for CoV out there per kill, even the named.

but +10 and +5 hits for coldain on the outdoor ones
