Alliance necks in icewell are definitely nerfed. If that change was supposed to coincide with the elder bead nerf then they are likely gone.

If alliance neck is nerfed then beads are probably nerfed too

Still wouldn't buy any beads for inflated prices until I saw a screenshot proving it though

Can confirm that elder is dropping the vizier beads now. A very trusted guild member sat in the cave last night to confirm this. He killed an elder and it dropped vizier beads instead of elder beads. Case closed.
