A drought doesn't effect gardening, this dude isn't a farmer. His grandma sends him out once a day to water her plants and he takes pictures of it to share with us.

Ahh ok but it does where there are water restrictions I heard they are trying to fine or something people in California that use too much water. Then there are the people like Tom Sellick who seem to have to go steal it from neighboring counties. Magnum PI was caught stealing water numerous occasions from a neighboring counties fire hydrant.

I personally would love to be able to grow my own vegetables and herbs for cooking.

I'm sure water conservation laws won't effect him filling up a pitcher of water and being sent outside for his daily chore. Long live Tomato King.

Directions
With Watering Cans: Mix 1 Tablespoon for every gallon of water. Using the large end of the enclosed scoop, add 1 level scoopful for a typical 1-1/2 gallon watering can.
