This is harder to figure out. We discovered that the earth staff wasn't dropping mostly because he was dropping an item not inherent to his loot table and then we gathered data from about four guilds on nearly every magi kill. The golems spawn far less often and have proven to drop the SK sword, so it's likely that the table is correct, just bad luck on gaunts.

They still can in a couple places (the hallway/doors between Disco and Disco 2 for example) but no where near as bad as it was for that month.

Haven't seen any Slime Bloods, Puppet Strings or BCGs off the golems thus far. Their loot tables are large though, so it may be RNGs.

these npcs arnt in game at all, dont think they are supposed to be, you sure those loots are? some of that stuff is crazy

The items just got shifted to new NPCs in the 2003 revamp. They should all exist in the 1.5 revamp from 2001 though.
