from my recollection we had this discussion on vztz and came to the conclusion that the druid epic changes was made after luclin release, don't know about the pally epic

just think about it, having a snare with -100 magic check on live.... do you ever remember anyone getting snared? Nope. if it was indeed -100 people would hide in mass pvp and click the shit out of it, never ever happened on live.

We did have the druid epic at -100 mr for awhile on vztz and it was a complete shitfest people were getting snared left and right and having 10 druids with epic was a must in mass pvp, again something you never saw on live during the classic era
