 found the solution from a guy in ts3. okay its alt+space then press m. then you have the multi-arrow key on your cursor and double tap an arrow key. and it appears automatically on your cursor

 oh so the same thing that's been mentioned already in this thread? got it...

 Nah double tap wasn't mentioned smartass. It was mentioned to maneuver the screen using the arrow keys. Not to bring the the window to your cursor
