That link doesn't appear to have any mention of Assistant Kiolna in it. At least not any in english. There are a lot of Chinese characters, logograms?, on the
page. I don't understand Chinese writing or I would translate it.

The current alla page has a mention of the assistant being added due to changes in the way bankers are implemented and that you can't/shouldn't be able to give them items directly via trade.

I've tried looking around for hints on when in the timeline that change happened but nothin yet. Earliest mention I've found of her directly is ~June 2003

Yeah not sure what happened here. I think was reading about this, and the page I was researching had a bad waybackmachine redirect I think, and I didn't check the page body again.

Kiolna will remain removed!
