if it is desynch issues quickly do a: tracert rogean.com in your command prompt. I was having this problem for around 3 weeks with TWC several months ago.

I think your ISP stores their own hop routes to reach the server(p99). When you are getting lag from the hop route, it should find a new one. But sometimes that doesn't happen.
