You can probably forget about Nihilum splitting in half and fighting eachother unless there is a serious problem within the guild which splits them up, or lack of leadership roles. I don't see that happening any time soon. But then again, I have no idea what goes on in that guild

Nope, xp is fast enough. All that you're going to do if you increase it on the weekends is have people play just in the weekends, and most will quit at about 40. Faster xp isn't the answer and it's short sighted.

Pop sucks because about 10% of the population of EQ players like solo-quest.

Pop sucks because server is full of toxic, tranny porn spamming douchebags and there is no options except joining the largest/ only zerg guild to experience any raid content.

All the xp bonus in the world wont change that.
