everquest made me a fat 450-pound mongoloid so I'm on the doctor's waiting list to get some help with that

I started to get some symptoms when I got really into tradeskilling for a few months. Swish, I don't know how far progressed your carpal tunnels are, but these exercises (along with a break from the computer for a week) helped me out tremendously. I don't have symptoms anymore.

Really good video.

If you can stop doing what it is that's specifically causing it, poor posture etc, and do execises regularly, it's possible to prevent full on carpal tunnel syndrome.

Is it possible that jousting on red makes you hit your auto attack key too much? I know it's an issue with bards. Consider getting a mouse with programmable hotkeys on the side. Those things will save your wrists.

Mine's severe though, on waiting list for surgery (they basically cut your wrist's nerves and re-attach it)

there's a reason i switched mains and sacced my bard heh

also you can feel pain and symptoms just from every day computer useage such as surfing / typing / moving mouse

How long do people in Canada generally sit on a waiting list in need of surgery for a severe case of anything? That seems messed up. Are you guys short on doctors or something?

Welcome to socialized medicine, where those that don't have to pay, use 50% more, than those that have to actually pay for it.

/melody is the one thing allowed in that's not classic.

Thanks, I'll give those a go. I stopped playing my rogue for about 2-3 months and noticed that the symptoms have started to go away. It's still there but it isn't as bad.

Cautiously went back to my rogue last week and was careful not to spam backstab...did feel the tingling sensation up my left forearm again a bit more so going to have to just do it in moderation.... got a cleric and necro to get to 60 on blue as well, they're much easier :)

As for jousting on red its not too intensive on the buttons. I've only got a monk there that falls into that category - enchanter/cleric/wizard are all fine :)

And then there's American medicine, where everyone pays 200% more.

Consider putting backstab on 2. Hitting 1 constantly is probably straining your hand.

1 auto attack
2 backstab (hit this when it pops dont spam it!)
3 evade (at off, hide, at on)
4 assist
5 hide
6 sneak
7 mrylo bp / bind wound
8 range attack
9 duelist
0 clicky swap slot
