Garath's Weapons to Trade - Incomplete - Get in ST guys

Picked up a Priceless Velium Warsword last night, but Garath does not appear to be up outside ST. Have to wait for him to be in game and I will test this part of the quest.

You sure this is a classic quest? Earliest references I see to this quest are October 2001, 10 months into Velious. Anyone seen anything earlier?

No mentions of the quest NPC either until this time.

I was just trying to test something on the list. If it's not going in, that's fine too - it was Velious era, but trying to crawl back through old dead sites in the way back machine is kind of annoying - to find some more exacting info when the quest went in. So I think Cobblestone's info is probably good - unless I remember any more sites to dig through.

Nilbog I've gotten requests to put up a quest gem vendor to make armor quest testing more accessible. Can you get that in for the next patch please.

It was previously not put in to get people to test gem drop rates in various zones.
