My assumption, no drop = free. I take the same stance when I make a new char. If the arms, legs, chest are marginally better than Jarsath for like 4k per, fuggit I go Jarsath.

There is a lot of good stuff if ya know where to look.

If I ever bother to log in again, I think I'm gonna chill over in Karnor's and get a full set of Jarsath for free. Seems like a pretty awesome way to gear up without needing to spend a ton of plat.

I think it's in game just super rare. However this quote is taken from pvp bugs section, but A) I'm not sure Aalpha is talking about blue or red and B) I doubt the bow would be in on red but not on blue.
