Considering it wasn't revamped until 2004, the state of VP on EQmac is the oldest in existence.

I used 'early' since I refer to PoP era as the PoP to GoD era without regard to LoY or LDoN for obvious reasons.

May 13, 2003 - Veeshan's Peak - We have changed this zone to make it more appealing, particularly for those playing with one or two groups. We have removed the restriction against using gate in this zone and modified the zone population. Over all, the zone will be better to play in.

VP underwent a mini-revamp on May 13, 2003. They added a bunch of named NPCs, changed the respawn of the zone, changed pathing, changed it so you can gate, removed what we called splitters, removed the ass-rape melee wurms, and some other stuff that I'm not recalling.
Anyhow, I'm not aware of what date EQMac goes up to. EQMac has a functional PoTime which would put its patch to May 20ish, 2003. However, they don't have Veksar which would push this date back. To top matters off, their Allakhazam Mirror lists nameds from this version of VP that I'm referring to, but also lists NPCs from the Elemental-VP revamp which clearly isn't the case.
This is what I thought Arteker was referring to. I can't see any reason for them to remove harmony to make the zone more difficult when the goal was to make the zone easier, but EQ patches aren't known for their precision. Overall, I agree with the decision to remove Harmony from VP.
