wellp i just finished out some campaign writing and now I'm going to head to the gym. Today is legs and core and 1 mile swim. I will probably juice my ceps for vanity ;)

Hot cross buns with marmalade for early breakfast,

Porrige made with half pint of milk for main breakfast,

Peanut butter and jam sandwich for late breakfast,

Cake and tea for Elevensies,

Rump steak AND sirloin steaks for lunch with roast veg, onion rings and garlic mushroom sauce sides.

Gonna take some yogurt for desert after I finish my glass of wine.

Haven't decided on what I'll have for tea, supper or dinner. Probably some almond slices, sandwiches and winter vegetable soup. With chicken noodles for bed time snack.

I did legs and core YESTERDAY. A little lighter than normal so not HUGE gains because I wanted to swim a mile, too.

I cucked myself by losing my good goggles and gave up like a soft-willed LOSER.

But I made up for that by eating a serious amount of icecream and turkey for the gains.
