My little Brother told me about it a few months ago, and sence then we have been both playing alot, and i have become addicted to it.

I Youtubed "original everquest intro video" and p1999 was mentioned in the comments. The rest is history.

i loved the original eq intro... used to watch it everytime i loaded up eq :)

I read about it in Tentonhammer and started my account... the day before the server went down.

I heard about it because I am a moderator on the EQC forums and I was looking at a post to either approve/disapprove it and it mentioned this server.

I came on in beta, played a few weeks after launch and quit.

....but I think I am coming back when the server comes back up....

My friend who got me into EQ in 1999 told me about this server. Funny thing is, he himself hasn't even installed it. It's been nearly 2 months now I've been nagging him to do it. I thought for sure the 25% XP bonus would do it for him, but nope.
