I could not any find post about this, but this non-classic bug has been implemented since Launch (2009). This issue may be un-fixable (like the Kelethin lifts).
On P99, reopening a door requires it to be 100% shut. This is not Classic. On Live, a door could be re-clicked (and re-opened) immediately when it begins to close. On P99, you must wait until the door closes all the way.
For example, a rogue picking the locked Sebilis Crypt door could spam-click the doorjamb to keep it open. A rogue picking the first wooden door in Befallen could spam-click the door, and it would quickly open and close the door (and also get much faster skill-ups). This isn't occurring on P99.
This is occurring with regular doors and also the Kunark "vertical" doors (like the ones in City of Mist).
