Crashing while zoning / logging on

So I've noticed this issue more severely in the past few months... I'm not sure if other people are experiencing it as well but I wanted to ask.

Whenever I zone, theres about a 35% chance of me crashing and having to restart EQ. Same with when i choose a character at the character select menu.

I am playing on WIFI so maybe that is the issue? Its really irritating though, and It seems to be more serious lately. I have ALWAYS played on WIFI.

I'm trying to collect as much data on people this happens to as possible. It's a really common problem on here, and i can guarantee theres a common thread among the people who are experiencing this issue.

As of right now, i dont have an answer for you :( you could certainly try reinstalling to see what happens.
