/yell is broken

Confirmed it last night in a group. I have had a hunch (judging by the lack of response when I hit /y or /yell in a crowd) that the "Yell for help" command is not functioning, but last night I did firm tests with a group and nobody could see each others yells for help.

I would occasionally rely on this to save my butt back on live, so I can see it being a useful thing to get back into the game. I did a forum search and did not find anything relevant, but I apologize if this is a known issue.
