i feel your pain Nirgon. here's 5 easy suggestions that if followed, you can not go wrong. (but when all is said and done, the best rules are the ones made and agreed upon by the community. sadly that takes a maturity level that doesnt seem to common around here).

1) dont train
2) dont rmt
3) dont hack/cheat/exploit
4) dont do shit thats detrimental to the server
5) dont excessively grief people



PS- and everyone, if you need to train, its because your gay and you suck at pvp. thats not my opinion, that's a fact.

1) dont train ( Training and fearing pets is a fundamental part of r99 if you havent noticed since the beginning of plane of fear training is as staple as fucking oatmeal


2) dont rmt ( i have personally been offered items for real $ several times and petitioned over 10 times and never recieved a response , the leading guild on the server was founded on RMT And still transfers plat to blue to be sold to this day )

3) dont hack/cheat/exploit * While you may have systems in place to check for macroquest i personally see players hack on a regular basis , as for exploiting , please see my post dragons and nihilum where amelinda watched them exploit vox and didnt even see anything wrong with it.


4) dont do shit thats detrimental to the server * Griefing is the biggest part of red99 as soon as i dinged 52 i was basically bind camped and farmed constantly by mostly nihilum , they would even suicide into ot outpost just to kill me an additional time. The lengths they went to , to disable full retard's attempts to kill basic planar content were just disappointingly hilarious and alot quit after the merge.


5) dont excessively grief people BASICALLY HAHAHAHHAHA

GMs have asked over and OVER for proof. Not just your faked screenshots and cropped tells that have been manufactured on other Emu's.

The ONLY proof that was presented has been acted upon and that player has been Banned and subsequently rerolled and is now in Azrael.
