I had an interesting chat with Stun and he said that when he was an officer in IB he looked for skills, personality, and playtime as the three big traits in an applicant. I'm guessing that since TMO scooped up most of the skilled/high playtime crowd FE has to take whatever they can. I have some good friends in FE but it doesn't feel like they are very selective about who they recruit.

For example, I had a lovely encounter with Spectre today. He dragged a pet from North into South (I guess he can't handle charming South mobs) and gated. I zoned in and got to play with it. So he zones back in and wants his pet back, and the following exchange ensues. Although I have to admit reading this I must have been in a bad mood.
