OT Boat

Waited last night and tonight for well over an hour each time. No boat :(

I waited a hour on 2 occations, and fished off the end of the pier, almost maxed my fishing btw, the first was a hour on the morning of 12/14, then tried again for a hour on 12/16. Both cases gave up after hour and found a port. BTW for a iksar is it possible to use the FV boat? For the OT boat the undead herold is far enough away from the end of the dock so that you can stand there without argoing him, so as a shaman I levitate and start up hign and run over the water and then stand at the end of the pier and wait for the boat there. Can you do something similar in FV?

fairly certain it's glitched out again. The TD/Oasis raft is quick, and I haven't seen in it about 45 minutes now.

I think it's bugged again also, waited at the docks in OT for an hour and no boat.
