I have never twinked a character in all my years of playing EQ. However, I now want to make a halfling warrior and deck him out. I am trying to create my own list of gear but I am not too good with warrior stats. I was trying to focus on str/sta/hp/resists. If anyone has already created a list of warrior gear then I would love to see it so I can get a better idea. Thank you.

If you go to the bottom of this page it will have the 3 eras of BiS Classic, Planar, Kunark). Some are no drop so just mix n match on whats available. Mostly accurate for the classes I have played so far. Item ranks in order with the best being first.

You can also search for gear by class and sort by a stat.

I feel like a lot of people don't know about the wiki, it has be very useful since my time on p99. If they do, they don't use it often enough.

http://wiki.project1999.org/Category:Warrior_Equipment if you want to go slot by slot, can sort by stat to see what you like best
Fungi tunic is a must tho for any serious twink.

I am currently using the wiki but does it not seem out of date on the warrior page? My main is a shaman and the wiki for shaman gear is terrible. I am currently looking at all the items by class/slot on the wiki but I was hoping someone had a list already.

Not a bad list. I like the weapons. I want a variety of weapons so I can max all my skills.

The individual class BIS listings are out of date and people just haven't updated them.
If you're doing this halfling warrior from lvl 1
Cobalt Vambraces
Hierophant's Cloak, Siblisian Berserker Cloak, Cloak of Flames
Fungi Tunic
Earring of Essence
Black Sapphire Electrum Earring
Enshrouded Veil
Iksar Hide Boots, Cobalt Boots
Djarn's Amethyst Ring
Platinum Fire Wedding Ring
Skull Shaped Barbute, Cobalt Helm
Cobalt Greaves, Dwarven Plate Greaves
Black Sapphire Platinum Necklace
Tattered Mantle, Crested Spaulders, Obulus Death Shroud
Runebraded Girdle, Runed Bolster Belt, Dwarven Plate Girdle, Mountain Death Belt
Cobalt Bracer, Dwarven Plate Bracer
Of course you could just go all in with a full suit of Dwarven Plate crafted armor.

Hehe, well I have about 4 lists going atm. One list is full of Dwarven Plate and my halfling follows Brell Serilis. However, I think if I went with that list then I would have to spend TONS of plat.

BIS droppables is expensive. :P
You can't go wrong with +HP items, Fungi, and Full Dwarven armor. As a warrior you don't need to worry with the +wis versions.

I am kinda hoping to be able to farm most the gear. This will obviously take awhile due to some things being over camped

Hello! Responding because you're making a hobbit!
If you'd like any advice regarding these things feel free to send me a tell in-game.
As you've probably realised the concept of the BIS - for most warrior slots - isn't founded in reality, and whether one particular item or another is the "best" is highly situational and dependent largely on to what degree somebody happens to value a certain stat or another.
The above lists are a good start but you will never find anything definitive, and you will need to make subjective decisions based on - among other factors - what stats you deem to be most important
(Welcome to the p99 hobbit warrior family)

So you want a BIS list but you are complaining about spending TONS of plat? Lazy bastard.

Rolling an iksar warrior twink is awesome because the equipment is so limited right now you dont have to make decisions!!

CoF, fungi, lammy/wurmy or Jade mace/wurmy. Nothing else really makes a big difference until 50+. IMO if you have that just cap your strength for quick solo into the mid 40s when it will start to slow down.

enchanted dwarven plate is pretty leet. the TMO warrior that won the warrior BOTB is still wearing some pieces of enchanted dwarven plate.
definitely get a fungi tunic if you can afford it.
remember that there's a heavy damage cap before level 20. any weapon with damage rating higher than 14 is pretty pointless until you ding level 20.

All great advice! This little guy is planned for awhile down the road so I will have plenty of time to figure out what I want to do. I do wanna put a lot of time into the twink as it will be my first and a halfling warrior has always been my dream character.

As someone who mains a halfling warrior I can tell you that you will likely encounter resistance along the way. This server is full of racists. But every now and then you get to pull off some cool shit with sneak and hide.
