The Ratman Guard in the Hole did not drop the Dusty Tome for the Shadowknight Epic Quest. I have no proof anywhere that this was a 100% drop, but from everyone i talked to and everything i have read online it seems that it should be 100% drop rate. Thanks for your time! :)
