I had an issue today:

Turned in required pieces for Totemic Vambraces - got nothing in return
(medium banded sleeves, ground dufrenite, ghoul carrion, charger hoof chips)



Turned in required pieces for Totemic Bracer - Got Totemic Boots
(Medium Banded Bracer, Cauldron Shell, Bull Elephant Tooth, Dufrenite)

Thanks for quick reply. Did you check out the Bracer issue? The bracers are crap but I would like to do them.

You initiated the bracer trade with Vrynn. Interestingly enough, you received the boots because you completed a partial MQ someone didn't finish. By handing in the Dufrenite, you completed the items necessary for the boot quest.

Kyralynn offers the bracer quest.
