250 JC skill

I'm confused.. On blue p99 my enchanter had 250 JC skill even before the hole came out... What's the final word on this? Is it active now with hole? Feedback is appreciated thank you!

Yes, JC and other tradeskills need their upgrades. Poison making needs need poisons and the vendors with components as well.
