Bump,

This affects player spells and songs that have a dispel component as well, it makes the rest of the effects un-resistible.

guys we're gonna need ya'll to post some evidence because I'm getting the exact opposite results in game so I think you're just trying to make some point with this thread rather than get game changing fixes in, basically you're wasting admins time and ruining our own immersion

Fixed for PVE encounters, pending update. I don't know what the intentions are for any PVP rules.

lately bugs forums have been alot of "this is broke" and thats about it. no screens, parses, logs, ect. not trolling but I wouldnt fix shit without evidence.

Because your post of "you couldnt do RB @ level 5 cuz lol I remember it that way" is not the way many of us remember it, so we'd like to see evidence supporting it. I do know SOME of the epic mobs wouldn't respond to you if you were under a certain level, such as the one in SRO, but that doesn't mean all were like that or that you couldn't MQ a final result @ end.

I hope you realize what is afoot here, and it is not that we don't know this wasn't the case.

The problem here is evidence being required for absolutely ridiculous things like the self damage component for necros being dispellable here.

This is game breaking. Also, PVP resists busted. I never once got rooted on first shot with 139 MR on live ever. Please fix resists for PVE and PVP.
