I just turned in the chalp diagram and my zealot's khukri and logged.. today I tried to go find the Iksar crusader at the bottom of west tower, but he's not up? Is he a timed spawn? Do I need to re-do the quest to pop him again??
edit: I just asked Lord Qyzar about the matter of betrayal and this should spawn the crusader, but he is now spawning. Thanks.
