Im uploading a video to youtube, its taking so much bandwidth theres not enough left to be able to play on p99 it seems.
Anyone know software that can limit bandwidth on specific applications?
Im guessing its mozilla id have to throttle
I dont care about uploading slower, just wanna do it while i get my game on
Getting booted to login screen each time i try to reach character select screen

I use Traffic Shaper XP:

Only problem is Traffic Shaper XP requires Win 2000/xp/2003 server. So you probably can't use it - i assume you're using vista/win7. All the same, it's a complicated program and tricky (and picky).
I also have a portable version of Mozilla Firefox 3 so I can install the Firefox Throttle addon. I use that also if it's just a download or something that I can do through browser.

You can look into using something like DD-WRT on your router (most routers support this)
and doing QoS (quality of service). You can throttle/limit network traffic per protocol (HTTP/torrents/etc) and also prioritize traffic like EQ. There are lots of ways to set it up.
DD-WRT (or OpenWRT or Tomato - all similiar) give you much greater functionality that what ships on your device.

Im still using windows xp, probably saved like 500$ on OSs, just didnt care about new button colors or whatev
