Need Help!

Me and my cousin are trying to log on to the server at the same time and it keeps telling him "you are currently not allowed to log into the server because this IP has a temporary block on it" but im logged in just fine. If this is an issue of the two boxing rule how do we go about getting permission to play in the same house hold with no intent on exploit? Any help would be appreciated, thank you...

You need to request an IP exemption. Go to the support forums as I believe the requests are made there. Until then, you cannot have two active connections to the server.

Specifically under the "Petition/Exploit" forums. Make sure you put the prefix "IP Exemption" as I believe these are prioritized due to them being relatively easy for server staff to do.

I wouldn't expect it to be done today, however.
