Red Tabasco over the other two, but I prefer stronger sauces like Dave's Insanity and Mad Dog 357 when I want real heat. Red Tabasco is still my favorite on eggs though.

Peatree, first off I love your avatar, perfect. Don't change a thing. Second, the best seasoning you'll ever find is "Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning", if you doubt me PM me your mailing address and I'll get you a bottle. Everyone I've introduced it to can't live without it now. This includes my old crew at an Air Force Base in England, many years ago. But if I had to pick one of your three hot sauces, I'd go with Cholula, which ironically was introduced to me at that same location I mentioned.
