Backstory: DH was formed in 2004 by a group of like minded individuals wanting to meet a common goal, to decimate any and all content in the gaming universe. The founders all came from EQ - The Rathe and have also played various games together. We now actively play Modern Warefare2, EQ1999 and SWGemu. It is our goal to run a tight knit gaming society while enjoying the company we keep in the games we play. We are a NO-DRAMA organization and fully retain the right to remove members who do not abide by our core principles.
Goals & Raids: Once the max level has been reached, we will aspire to raid 3 nights a week and group or level alts the rest. When following 'new' content is released, our focus will be shifting to complete epic weapons for guild members and ensure that the loot is spread for the betterment of the guild. The system to decide loot will be (and has been in the past) a combination of Loot Fairness Council and DKP (Dragon Kill Points).
Recruitment: Our primary focus is to recruit mature, skilled, team-oriented players with similar goals thus mutually benefiting all involved, by not having conflicting interests. Officers will announce recruitment opportunities regularly and on our web site. Recruits may apply on our forums using the application template or seek out our members and group up with them. Successful recruits must adhere to our guild policies and go through an initiation period of at least 2-3 weeks (more or less given the situation) At the end of the recruitment period, officers will meet to decide upon promotion.
