I used to do 15 tribunal cases a day. To say it's an uphill struggle is an understatement... LoL has (or had) the worst online community I've ever come across.

Everyone playing LoL is sexually frustrated, racist, or just stupid. Try to be nice to your team and people don't know how to take it, you're obviously trying to troll them or something :D

They're like the soccer of the gaming world. You don't need the pads or equipment (box price or good PC) to play them, you just need two objects to form a goal post and something resembling a ball (No money and shit computer).

Straight pub games are bad. Really bad... Especially without 2-3 competent friends there to help you carry the trash.

High tier Dota 2 skirms are intense, it is just a pita to get in to a circle of decent players that do them.

Kinda hilarious p99 people raving about how bad OTHER communities are. Maybe at low levels the community is solid but once you hit the 50's p99 turns into League of Legends quick. I'm sure the GM's can attest.

Like any forums, a lot of the time all you get to read about is the bad stuff, people trolling, hating on SoE/Verant/Blizzard/LoL/Riot/etc.

Log into P99 and you rarely get a load of racist abuse, comments of "die of cancer" and "report Player X for being a n00b" all the time. Well, not on blue anyway...

Well that's BS - the tribunal is awarded based on points. If you hit the "punish" button where its a clear "pardon" (perfect example above), you aren't awarded any points for making the wrong decision.

Not saying that the system doesn't allow for some errors, but there's actual staff who have the final say - and usually the Tribunal is a good indicator of what should happen.

Quite a number of people have 2nd/3rd accounts anyway, just because they can't handle the pressure at the top end and want to wtfpwn some n00bz.
