Fixed Puma vs Guard social in North Ro. (Nilbog)
Fixed Merchants assisting Guards in North Ro. (Nilbog)
Fixed Snake/Spider/Guard Social in East Karana. (Nilbog)
Fixed Soris and Peran Silverfield's Faction to CoalitionofTradefolk. (Nilbog)
Fixed Noble Hunter's quest mobs drops, faction, and pathing. (Nilbog)
Improved Innothule NPC vs Guard Social. (Nilbog)
Fixed Najena Faction. (Nilbog)
Cuburt Area of Qeynos Catacombs should be more classic now. (Nilbog)
Fixed several League of Antonican Bards NPC's to the correct faction. (Nilbog)
NPC Shadowknights should no longer double harm touch. (Nilbog)
Baking Spirits added to Karn Tassen. (Nilbog)
NPC Base Resist rates have been modified. (Nilbog)
Rogues should be able to Sneak and Purchase from vendors again. (Ladoth)
Thick Grizzly Bear Skins added to Bears and Kodiaks. (Nilbog)
More changes to Hit Chance. (Aeolwind)
Removed certain Class/Race combinations to better fit Classic. (Ladoth)
Fixed Hybrid Graphical Mana bar issue. (Ladoth)
Using a merchant while invis will now break it. (Ladoth)
Implimented some zone EXPMods. (Ladoth)
Tweeked the code that handles faction hits to require having done damage to the mob. (Ladoth)

Previously Updated (Hotfix): Fixed Bilrio Surecut accepting quest items for Brazen Brass Kilij. (Nilbog)
Previously Updated (Hotfix): Lower Guk Pathing was modified.

Would anyone be able to elaborate on the 2 changes bellow? What was changed/modified ?

NPC Base Resist rates have been modified. (Nilbog)

I am assuming this means they were increased?

It seems that way, I was getting resisted a lot on dark blue mobs. I think they buffed it up too much.

LOL I did the old fashion grind from 13 to 14 in NK killing grizzlies trying to get the Thick Grizzly Bear Skin for Pyrocat... Well, duh... I just thought it was a rare drop.
